Erin Conner is Wellspring's youth director, as well as a Dartmouth campus minister. Her heart is to help young adults encounter Jesus and grow in their God-given potential. Erin grew up in rural Pennsylvania and has been teaching young adults for the last 18 years. After earning two bachelor’s degrees from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Maryland, she worked in both private and public school settings. She also owned a small educational service business. Erin and her family moved to the Upper Valley in 2018 and was hired at Wellspring in 2021. Erin lives in Lebanon with her husband, Joe Conner, the Associate Head Coach of the Men's Lacrosse Program at Dartmouth College, and their three children: Ethan, Gia, and Jace.
