Kevin Collins served as the Ministry Director at Dartmouth College for Christian Union before coming to Wellspring as a pastor. He grew up in New England and graduated from Harvard University with a degree in English and American Literature while also competing in varsity basketball and football. Upon graduation he played professional basketball in Europe. While teaching and coaching in Spain, he became a follower of Jesus Christ.

Kevin’s career has focused on helping others understand and develop their God-given strengths and talents. In addition to his experience as a high school and college teacher and administrator, he has fifteen years of experience in international leadership and management development with multi-national corporations, non-profit organizations, and start-ups including Nike, City of Hope National Cancer Center, and Platform Q.  His work and ministry has taken him all across North America, South America, and Europe and given him real world experience in leadership, management, sales, and coaching. In his free time, Kevin enjoys creating crazy adventures for his wife and three kids in the jungles of Costa Rica, the waters off the coast of Spain, or the woods of New Hampshire.

Tricia Collins graduated from Duke University with a double major in Spanish and Psychology. She currently works part-time at Wellspring and keeps up with the busy lives of her children.  She previously taught high school Spanish and Second Grade with Teach for America, and then worked at Nike for five years with Kevin.  She felt God’s call in high school, but didn’t fully give her life to the Lord until she and Kevin joined a church pastored by an American missionary in Madrid, Spain.

Kevin and Tricia live with their three children in Hanover, NH close to the Dartmouth campus.

After growing up attending Wellspring, Tim went on to Hamilton College, double majoring in Hispanic Studies and Creative Writing, and living in Spain and traveling for one year.  After graduation he taught, mentored, and coached for seven years at Trinity-Pawling School, an Episcopal boys boarding high school in Pawling, New York, as well as singing in a choir and being involved at his local church and bible studies.  Through that time, he became increasingly aware of a call to ministry. He transitioned out of teaching to become a full-time pastor in 2017.

Tim lives in Lebanon, NH and can often be seen out and about playing tennis and Ultimate, or perhaps piano or trumpet.  He loves browsing in used book stores, listening to music, or spending time with friends.
